MenoHealth Academy was born out of a simple observation — Caribbean workplaces are full of employees navigating serious health challenges with little or no support. We exist to change that. Founded by medical specialists with decades of clinical experience, we deliver evidence-based corporate wellness training that is practical, culturally relevant, and built for the Caribbean.

How are sessions delivered?
All sessions are available in-person or virtually, and can be tailored to your organisation’s needs — from a 90-minute Lunch & Learn to a full-day programme or year-round wellness partnership.
